Getting Around Palmer House

An accessible floor navigation guide. Palmer House has two passenger elevators — every route below is step-free. Find your starting floor, follow the color, and transfer at the Lobby when needed.

Both lines start at the Lobby — think of it as the transfer hub between them.

Going between the two lines? Ride your elevator to the Lobby (1st floor), then cross to the other elevator bank to continue — for example, 3rd Floor to 5th Floor is Main Elevator to the Lobby, then State Street Elevator up to 5.
Also on-site (not step-free): an escalator connects the Lobby to the 3rd floor Salon level, and stairs connect the 4th floor's general session area down to the Exhibit Hall. These are shortcuts for attendees who don't need a step-free route — the elevator routes above remain the accessible option for every trip listed.
