Scholarly Advancement of Teacher Education and Educational Technology Award
Purpose
This award recognizes individuals who have made significant scholarly contributions to the field of educational technology.
Requirements
Nominees must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of five years in the field

Scholars that have impacted Teacher Education and the Field of Educational Technology through a combination of scholarly publication, advocacy, and promotion of theory, research, and practice.
Decision
Applicants are reviewed by TED board members with the current Past President acting as chair. The chair may also organize an awards committee made up of no more than five TED members to help review applications.
Award Details
A plaque is awarded at the TED Membership Meeting during the Annual Convention.
