a graduate student at Brigham Young University (BYU) working on how blended college orientation modalities affect social connectedness for first-year students. I am interested in transitions and helping people learn how to successfully transition through learning and training.

I'm an advocate of open education and have a published chapter on flipped classroom learning in EdTech Books. I am currently working on a few OER projects that we hope to publish in the near future.

What You Should Know About Me

I am a wife, mother to three amazing kids, cancer-survivor, dissectologist (puts puzzles together), adventurer, traveler, and foodie. One bucket list item is to travel to all 7 continents, and I still have 2 more to go!
